Our handwheel kit recently underwent a redesign taking on board the feedback of top operators. For a start, the new wheel is precision machined, brass made and slightly heavier which gives it more inertia. Also, the profile of the wheel was changed to achieve a better controlled breaking ramp. The handles have been redesigned so they are not in the way when spinneing the wheel and a dial-in friction sets the drag. The hand wheels are fixed to a plate that fits on to any Moy-mount tripod. On the same plate the touchscreen console is mounted. If required a spigot mount for a monitor can be added too. The disengage button on the handwheel modules allows the position to be reset. The handwheel kit is fully adjustable and goes in a travel box as one unit, which makes the set up quick and easy.
