Exclusively developed around the needs of councils, the video conferencing software solution hands members the power to run in–person, remote, or hybrid sessions more effectively.

If the conference sector can derive one positive lesson from 2020, it might be the revelation that remote work is not only a viable, but in some cases, preferable alternative to assembling large groups of colleagues around a meeting table. When hosted on the right tool, virtual sessions can allow for more controlled communication and easier reporting, among others.

As well as audio fallback and maximum sound quality, Virtual Council offers sign language support options to ensure that everybody’s voice is heard.  

How does it work? 

Councils can sign up to one of three annually-billed subscriptions, all of which include the assistance of a Customer Success Manager and a thirty-day cancellation period. Plans vary in price depending on the number of hours of virtual or hybrid meetings required, and can be purchased in conjunction with Media Vision’s award-winning AV equipment for maximum sound and image quality.
