The Challenge

There’s a positive impact too on support costs as Takashi Majima from the General Affairs Facilities Team explains: “Our previous teleconferencing system was hard to use, so the support team got called into the conference rooms every time there was a meeting. Since switching to Jabra there’s been no problems. Everyone’s been able to use the Speak devices – we’ve had zero support tickets raised. It really makes the support team’s job a lot easier.”
Having device security is also a big deal, as there is a shrinkage risk associated with small devices like speakerphones, so being able to fix them in place is important”.
