TAIDEN wireless E-ink nameplate system is an electronic nameplate control and management platform based on WiFi network, cooperating with TAIDEN HCS-1081 wireless E-ink nameplate. After configure the wireless E-ink nameplate system on the server, users can control the system through any computer which can access the server. The system is deployed on the server, 7x24 running. Users can log in remotely, build meetings, participants, and arrangement information. The nameplate system will automatically detect the schedule, automatically power on and refresh the nameplates according to the schedule.
Nameplate Management
WiFi List: add and manage WiFi information;
Parameters Setup: supports default screen setup, power saving setup and update firmware file;
Nameplate Control: control nameplate display, update firmware and check nameplate information includes battery, charging, IP address, WiFi, seat, etc.;
Nameplate Arrangement: assign the nameplate to the corresponding positions based on the true seating layout
Meeting Management
Meeting Information: add/edit conference and meeting information; add/edit participators for each meeting and arrange delegates to seats;
Delegate Information: create and manage the delegate’s database; set up display effect for delegate screen
Icon Management: upload and manage icon file in order to add icon in nameplate screen display
User Management
User Information: create/delete a user, change user password and role;
